Advisory engagements are separate

If you book a call, join a programme, or enter into an advisory engagement with Flourish Foundry, the terms of that engagement are set out separately in the proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter you receive. Those terms take precedence over these website terms in respect of the engagement.

Third-party services

Parts of this site are provided through third-party services — for example, the booking calendar is embedded from GoHighLevel, and the site is hosted by Vercel. We aren't responsible for the availability of those services, but we do pick providers we trust.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the site without notice.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flourish Foundry is not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
